How your concern is handled
- Confidential. Only the President and a small grievance panel he appoints can read it — not the other committees.
- Anonymous if you prefer. You then get a private link to follow up. If you leave your contact details, it is easier for us to help.
- Conflicts of interest. If your concern is about a panel member, the case is hidden from that person.
- We reply. You can see the status (received → under review → resolved) and talk to the panel on your private page.
